With three tiers — Essential, Premium, and Platinum — you’ll have the flexibility to choose the level of support that best suits your business.

 

Each package includes our monthly software license for secure transactions, along with 7-day phone support (8am to 9pm) from our dedicated technical team, here to help you every step of the way.

Repair Process Return-to-Base repair

This support package does not include a replacement terminal during the repair process.

Courier swap-out for faulty terminals. On-site replacement within same day in metro/major regional areas.
Repair Costs $195 plus GST per repair (excludes customer damage or liquid spills) No repair fees. No repair fees.

We offer direct support from our technical experts, to get you back up and transacting as quickly as possible:

  • 7 Days Phone Support: Reach out to our dedicated technical team between extended business hours (8am – 9pm) you need assistance. (Essential / Premium / Platinum)
  • Replacement Terminal: With both our Premium and Platinum support packages, we ensure that if your terminal hardware ever needs repair, you’re covered. An exact replacement terminal will be dispatched promptly via courier (Premium) or via an onsite technician (Platinum) – at no extra charge to you. This service is designed to minimise downtime, so you can keep your business running smoothly.
  • Repairs: From Return to Base repair (Essential), to Courier Based Swapout of terminal if it requires replacement (Premium), to onsite replacement (Platinum); our repair technicians have you covered.

Because Skyzer is the only certified Ingenico hardware provider in New Zealand, your terminals have a one stop service and support from our technicians. Most issues can be resolved in a single call, but we also offer extensive repair system if necessary:

 

  • Repair Service Providing repair or replacement is subject to our Standard Hardware Warranty and/or any applicable repair fee. (Essential)
  • Courier Swap Out or Onsite Service Minimising downtime with our courier swap-out service (Premium) or having an onsite technician to replace (Platinum) to ensure you receive a replacement terminal whichever is the most convenient for your business.
